Executive Inn Ridgeway I-77

I stayed for 2 nights in avery comfy and tidy room. The staff was super helpful, moving us downstairs to make things easier with our son. Strong shower water pressure and the nearby Waffle House were great perks. Just wish the water didn't have a strong dirt smell!

Its staff are amiable and excellent, I loved it.

Cleanliness needed major improvement. Hair in the bathtub drain and sticky floors in both rooms raised serious concerns. Shower head malfunctioned mid-use while another room had dried brown liquid in the sink, leading to a flooded bathroom floor. No daily service-no fresh towels at all. Water had a strong dirt smell , disappointing.

The staff seemed overwhelmed but tried to help us immediately when we raised these concerns. I appreciated their effort to accommodate us by moving us to a different room, but I wish the cleanliness had been better.

I stayed one night and exceeded my expectations. The room was pretty clean and the beds were comfortable. The management really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed .

I stayed for 2 nights at executive inn ridgeway i-77 after traveling for weeks and it was a much-needed break. The staff was super nice, and the room wassuper clean and cozy, which exceeded my expectations. I appreciated no carpet since they allow pets and it was a pleasant atmosphere overall.

Business travelers, it's worth a look

The staff really were really nice for us , especially Tony at the front desk. He made sure we had everything we needed and walked us to our room to check if everything was working right , very personal touch.

It was a little on the pricier side , but worth it for the service provided.

I enjoyed a peaceful 35-night stay, with the helpful staff ensuring my needs were met. The nearby Waffle House offered delicious meals. Hot water flow was perfect after long days. I recommend requesting an upstairs room for tranquility as trains may disturb the light sleeper.

The room had a cozy feel with a comfy bed and no carpet, great for pet owners like me. the staff was friendly, and the place seemed freshly updated.

Limited exterior lighting might make nighttime navigation a bit tricky for some.
